These general conditions define the rights and obligations of both parties for the online sale of goods and services offered by Innovation Distribution Services to you, the consumer.

Article 4: Effective Date and Duration
These general conditions become effective on the date the purchase order is signed. These general conditions remain in effect for the duration required to supply the subscribed goods and services, until the guarantees owed by Innovation Distribution Services expire.
Article 5: Electronic Signature
Your "double click" on the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature. This signature holds the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
Article 6: Order Confirmation
We will confirm your contractual information via email no later than the time of delivery. If not, we will send it to the address you provided on the purchase order.
Article 7: Proof of Transaction
Computerized records, securely stored in the Innovation Distribution Services computer systems, will serve as proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.

Article 10 bis: Instalment payments with Alma
Instalment payment is provided by ALMA SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of 316,226.83 euros, registered office at 176 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, registered with the Nanterre trade and companies register under number 839 100 575, authorised as a payment institution and a financing company and listed on the Regafi register under number 90786. This service is reserved for customers residing in France. Any complaint concerning Alma may be submitted from https://help.almapay.com/.
Alma’s credit service is offered for the settlement of purchases and the execution of payment, provided that the person buying the goods or service through Alma (the “Buyer”) accepts the instalment or deferred payment contract. Fees may be charged by Alma. Any refusal by Alma to grant instalment or deferred payment may render the contract for the purchase of the goods or service (the “Terms”) void, unless the Buyer agrees to pay the purchase amount in full. If the Terms are terminated, the instalment or deferred payment contract is terminated automatically. If you withdraw from the instalment or deferred payment solution used for your payment, the Terms are terminated automatically, unless you pay the amount of your purchase in full through Alma. If the product has already been shipped to you, you must return it within the maximum period set out in these Terms.
Article 11: Product Availability
Your order will be fulfilled within 3 days at the latest, starting the day after you place it. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Article 12: Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. You must check the condition of the package and its contents upon receipt. Report any anomaly or damage to the carrier on the delivery note, and to Innovation Distribution Services, within one week.
12.1 Delivery Zones
We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, and Switzerland. We do not deliver to the United Kingdom, French overseas departments and territories, or non-EU countries (with the exception of Switzerland).
12.2 Lead Times
Orders ship the business day following order validation (D+1). Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.
12.3 Carriers and Costs
Skateboards: Standard delivery by GLS in Europe: €29.90 including tax.
Accessories and spare parts: Standard delivery by GLS in Europe: €14.90 including tax. Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point (France only): €8.00 including tax.
Article 13: Delivery Issues
You must report any damage, loss, or apparent anomaly to the carrier with precise and reasoned reservations upon receipt. Then, promptly communicate this to Innovation Distribution Service. Failing to make reservations or report within a short period does not deprive you of your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Article 14: Delivery Errors
If a product is missing, damaged, non-compliant, or different from what you ordered, contact customer service as soon as possible by phone at 02 40 22 16 22 or by email at info@rideevolve.eu. Innovation Distribution Service will then arrange for compliance in accordance with applicable legal guarantees. Send returns to IDS, 2C Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet.
Article 15: Product Warranty
In accordance with regulations, you have two years from the delivery date to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity. You can choose between repair or replacement of the goods. You are exempt from proving the existence of the defect during the twenty-four months following delivery.
You can also invoke the warranty against hidden defects as provided for in Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
Availability of spare parts: Essential spare parts are available for a minimum of 2 years from the purchase date. Some parts remain available longer, up to 10 years depending on the model.
Legal guarantee of conformity
You have a two-year period from the delivery of the goods to implement the legal guarantee of conformity if a defect appears. During this period, you only need to establish the existence of the defect, not its appearance date.
The legal guarantee of conformity obliges the professional, if applicable, to provide all necessary updates to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives you the right to repair or replace the goods within thirty days of your request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, you benefit from a six-month extension of the original warranty.
If you request repair of the goods, but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.
You can get a price reduction by keeping the goods or terminate the contract for a full refund upon return of the goods. This applies if the professional refuses to repair or replace the goods, if repair or replacement occurs after thirty days, if repair or replacement causes you major inconvenience, or if the non-conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
You also have the right to a price reduction or to cancel the contract immediately if a defect is so severe it warrants such action.
You cannot cancel the sale if the defect is minor. Any time the product is out of use for repair or replacement will pause the remaining warranty until you get the repaired item back. These terms do not prevent you from seeking damages.
Beyond the legal warranty, you can also claim against hidden defects as per articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Article 16: Right to Withdraw
You have 14 calendar days to return products you don't want, at your own expense. This period starts on the day of delivery. Send the product back using your preferred shipping method to IDS, 2c Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet. We recommend keeping proof of shipment and choosing a tracked service. Article 17 bis covers return shipping costs; if we are responsible for these costs, we will provide a prepaid return label.
You can handle and try the product just as you would in a store to check its nature, characteristics, and how it works. Simply opening the packaging or trying the product does not justify refusing a return. You are only liable for product depreciation if it results from handling beyond this simple check. This may lead to a proportionate reduction in your refund. The refund covers all amounts you paid, including standard initial delivery costs, and will be processed within 14 days of us being informed of your decision. This may be delayed until we receive the product or proof of its shipment.
Consumer mediation: FEVAD agreement is currently in progress. The mediator's contact details and referral procedures will be published once the service is active. After making a prior written complaint, you still have the option to seek an amicable solution and all your legal remedies.
Article 17: Return Conditions
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, you are only liable for product depreciation resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. The product must be returned complete with all accessories and instructions. Depreciation exceeding normal testing may lead to a reduction in the refunded amount, proportionate to the observed depreciation and duly justified. We will not refuse a return simply because the packaging has been opened or the product has been tried.
Article 17 bis, Return Costs
Return costs for withdrawal. As per Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product and are free to choose your carrier; tracked shipping is recommended. The estimated return cost is displayed on each product page and reiterated when you request a return online. This cost is calculated based on our shipping rates and the transport rules applicable to the product and delivery country (product type, presence of a battery, weight, bulk). This is an "estimate starting from" per package; the final amount depends on the carrier you choose.
Products that cannot be returned by post. Boards and any item with a lithium battery cannot be returned by post or relay point. This is due to regulations on the transport of dangerous goods (ADR, UN3480, UN3481, UN3556). As per Article L221-5, 8° of the Consumer Code, the estimated return cost is provided on the product page before you order. These products must be given to a carrier approved for such goods, in their original packaging or equivalent.
When we cover return costs. We cover return costs if the product is defective, damaged, doesn't match its description, or is different from what you ordered (legal warranty of conformity, articles L217-3 et seq. and L217-11 of the Consumer Code). This also applies if we made a shipping error or if the contract is cancelled due to delivery delays (article L216-6). In these cases, we provide a prepaid return label, or we reimburse postage costs upon proof of payment.
Refunds. If you withdraw from the purchase, your refund will cover the product price and the standard delivery costs you initially paid (article L221-24). We do not refund additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option.
Article 18: Force Majeure
Neither party will be considered to have failed in their contractual obligations if performance is delayed, hindered, or prevented by an unforeseen event or force majeure.
Article 19: Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these general conditions are deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.
Article 20: Non-Waiver
If one party fails to act on a breach by the other party, this cannot be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 21: Title
If there's any conflict between the headings of clauses and the clauses themselves, the headings are to be disregarded.
Article 22: Applicable Law
French law governs these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should a dispute arise, please contact Innovation Distribution Services customer service first. If that doesn't resolve it, any dispute will go before the competent French courts. You can bring your case to the court in your home town or the court where your product delivery took place.
Article 23: Data Protection and Liberties
We collect information to process your order. In line with GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your data. Contact us at info@rideevolve.eu or call +33 2 40 22 16 22. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL.

1. Data Controller
Innovation Distribution Service (I.D.S), located at 2C Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet, France, and registered with RCS Saint-Nazaire 527 822 613, publishes the rideevolve.eu website. For personal data inquiries, reach us at info@rideevolve.eu or +33 2 40 22 16 22.
2. Data, Purposes, and Legal Bases
- For your account, order, delivery, payment, and after-sales support, we collect your identity, contact details, order contents, and communications to fulfill our contract with you.
- We collect documents and data required by regulations for invoicing and accounting, fulfilling a legal obligation.
- For security, fraud prevention, and to defend our rights, we collect technical logs and necessary elements, which is a legitimate interest.
- Electronic prospecting and advertising personalization: we use relevant contact details and interactions, with your consent when required.
- Internal audience measurement: we collect pseudonymized identifiers, pages viewed, origin, and technical data. We require your prior consent for nominative measurement. Otherwise, we conduct strictly anonymous measurement without cookies, under the exemption for audience measurement.
Mandatory fields are clearly marked in our forms. If you don't fill them out, we may not be able to process your order or request. Please note, we never receive your complete credit card data.
3. Recipients and Subcontractors
Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel at Innovation Distribution Service (I.D.S) and, depending on the service you use, to our trusted providers. These include Odoo (for software and support), OVHcloud (our main hosting provider), Hetzner (for technical infrastructure, connectors, or backups), the payment providers you choose at checkout, our carriers, and our accounting and communication partners. We only activate Google, Meta, or similar services if you've given your explicit consent.
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we always verify that an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses. We also implement additional measures whenever necessary.
4. Retention Periods
- Orders, invoices, and accounting documents: We keep these for 10 years from the close of the relevant financial year.
- Data essential for customer relations and after-sales support: We retain this data throughout our relationship with you, and then for up to 5 years for proof and defense of rights, unless a different legal period applies.
- Prospects and newsletters: We keep this data until you withdraw your consent or for 3 years after your last active contact.
- Inactive accounts: We re-examine these after 3 years of inactivity. We delete or anonymize them when no obligation justifies their retention.
- Internal audience measurement: Events and sessions are kept for 90 days. Pseudonymous identifiers are retained for a maximum of 12 months without automatic renewal. Anonymous identifiers are recalculated daily and never stored.
- Proof of consent: We keep this for the duration necessary to demonstrate consent, and for a maximum of 5 years after its withdrawal or expiration.
- Security logs and backups: We retain these for the duration strictly necessary for security and documented backup cycles.
5. Cookies and trackers
Strictly necessary cookies function without your consent. Advertising and social media features remain deactivated until you accept them. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Manage my cookies" link; this withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing.
Audience measurement works differently depending on your choice. If you accept it, we use a cookie placed on your browser. If you refuse or don't respond, we still count your visit, but we can't recognize you. No cookie is placed, and a technical identifier is recalculated daily from your IP address and browser, then automatically changes at midnight. From one day to the next, there's no way to know it's the same person. We do not store your IP address or browser characteristics.
We never link these anonymous measurements to your customer account or orders. They are solely for producing traffic statistics and nothing else. We never transmit them to anyone. We delete this data after 90 days; beyond that, we only keep daily and site totals, with no individual data. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we will not measure your visit.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Simply write to info@rideevolve.eu or to the postal address above. We will only ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubt. We typically respond within one month, though this period may extend by two months for complex requests, after we've notified you.
You can also contact the CNIL: www.cnil.fr. For telephone solicitation, you can register on Bloctel.
7. Security and Updates
We implement robust measures: encrypted exchanges, authorization control, logging, backups, and security updates. We update this policy whenever significant changes occur; the date above indicates its last revision.
Accessibility
If you find any content or function inaccessible, please contact customer service. Specify the page and the difficulty you're experiencing. We will offer an accessible solution or assistance within a reasonable timeframe.
This section does not constitute a full declaration of conformity until we publish a complete audit.
