My skateboard won't turn on, what should I do?
Plug it in to charge, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging doesn't work or if the skateboard doesn't turn on after charging, contact customer support.
If you experience symptoms such as difficulty changing speed modes, inability to turn off the remote control before the board turns off, or if you can brake but not accelerate, this is usually caused by the trigger magnets shifting from their original positions inside the remote control casing. In most cases, the Phaze remote control will automatically detect this and prompt you to perform a trigger calibration.

Synchronizing the remote control to the electric skateboard
- Turn on your Evolve skateboard
- Turn on your remote control
- Once the LCD screen displays "Pair remote control", follow the on-screen instructions.
- Press and hold the MODE 1 button on the remote control for one second or until the Bluetooth symbol starts flashing. Once paired, the LCD screen will display the cruise control and will be in SAFE mode. This means you're ready to ride!
I'm experiencing acceleration cut-outs, what should I do?
- Turn on the board and the remote control.
- Double-click the power button on the remote control.
- Click on "My board", then on the "Battery data" category.
- Check that the cells do not show an imbalance greater than 0.3V. If they are unbalanced, the battery will need to be replaced.
I hear a clicking noise when braking
