Evolve Warranty and After-Sales Support

Evolve Electric Skateboard Warranty

Warranty Duration: 2 years: Batteries, parts, and labor. Under warranty, Evolve covers the cost of parts replacement and labor. However, the warranty only covers defects related to a manufacturing issue and in no case improper use.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of problems not covered by the warranty:

  • Broken drive belt: This is a wear part that needs regular replacement.
  • Wheel or tire wear: These are wear parts that need regular replacement.
  • Broken deck: A jump that's a bit too high, a rider who's a bit too heavy, and a bad landing, and snap... the deck is broken. This is considered extreme use and is not covered by warranty, as decks are tested to be very resistant, but not unbreakable...
  • Broken remote control: A fall, the remote control is thrown against the ground, and the plastic casing breaks... Even if this can happen, it is not covered by the warranty.
  • Decreased battery range: You use your skate daily, charging it 1 to 2 times a day, and before the end of the warranty period, your range decreases. This simply means you have reached a significant number of charge/discharge cycles, and your battery has lost range. This is normal, and you should consider replacing it. However, if the range drops by more than 30%, we will consider partial warranty coverage.
