Very fast at boxing and sending but heavily penalized by its carrier who always has problems with its Hub which takes three days to move the package forward in the logistics chain!!

The order was unfortunately poorly packaged and arrived damaged. But I received a quick response to my email and the problem was solved professionally. (Better packaging and free return)

Everything was fine with the delivery, but you should mention that the light mount was 3D printed and poorly printed. If I had known, I would have printed it myself instead of buying a poorly printed one.

Very good relationship and commercial sense, but I didn't dare to ask for the replacement of the defective LED strip! For the remote problem at purchase they were super in every way!
Thanks for the feedback, and you really shouldn't hesitate. We replied to you on August 7th regarding the LED strip: send us a photo or a short video of the defect and we will deal with it.
Too bad I ordered pivot cups but they weren't in the package. Apparently a stock error. Otherwise for the rest, nothing to say, it's what I ordered.

The delivery to Germany was long (must have been a problem?). I am very satisfied with the product. A very high quality finish.
The shipping is outrageously expensive, but I needed the motor because, as we know, they often break down on your GTR boards.
Of course, Evolve is a great store. I've had the GTR and GTR2 for years. I've already ridden over 3000 kilometers, without any problems.

Super happy with my new Phaze remote. It connects much more easily than my old R2 Remote. Very satisfied.

Nothing to complain about On the other hand, €7.50 for shipping, delivered in 5 days to a pickup point, I find that a bit expensive for such small parts.
