The customer service was absolutely perfect. However, there was a delivery error which delayed being able to use my purchase by a week. It happens, I'm not blaming anyone, especially since the service to correct this error was most effective and pleasant.

The delivery worked well, the shipping costs to Germany are a bit high.
I returned the item because it does not fit. I am waiting for a replacement delivery.
my phone number was not passed on, and they kept my order in the shipping center at my location without any information about the missing phone number. a few days later I went to check and they redirected it to me without any problem, but it was unsettling to be in the uncertainty of whether I would ever receive my order.

Everything was fine with the delivery, but you should mention that the light mount was 3D printed and poorly printed. If I had known, I would have printed it myself instead of buying a poorly printed one.

The Hadean was better than the Diablo
Unless we are mistaken, you are riding a Renegade Diablo with mountain board trucks. The Diablo Bamboo and Diablo Carbon models are much closer to the Hadean. If you want to discover the sensations of the Hadean, we invite you to try a Diablo Bamboo or Carbon model. The whole team is at your disposal by email at info@rideevolve.eu.
Good merchandise, but exchanging an undeliverable item for another is not correct. Choosing GLS as a supplier is not acceptable! More than 4 weeks delivery time and on top of that you have to go pick it up at a pickup point when we gave permission to leave it. Sorry Evolve, but you have ruined your reputation!

Motor overheating problem and battery no longer displayed

Question before purchase: answer. Question after purchase: no answer... the board is incredible, nothing to say about that. On the other hand, no Evolve pouch inside as I've seen in unboxings on the net (just cardboard boxes) and no goodies (a t-shirt or cap for example...).
