I am an Evolve board rider from Austria and had an outstanding experience with the Evolve Europe distributor and their workshop in France. Why 5 stars? Unfortunately, I had a faulty motor on my board, but the support team handled the situation incredibly well. I received very fast responses, friendly communication, and competent support throughout the entire process. I also received help with ordering parts for switching my board to the All-Terrain setup. The support team even double-checked my basket before I checked out to make sure I had everything I needed. That really shows how fast, attentive, and customer-focused they are. I am very happy that Evolve has such a professional workshop and support team in Europe. It gives me a lot of confidence knowing that there is a competent and reliable team behind these great recreational products. From me, definitely 5 stars. The professionalism, fast communication, attention to detail, and excellent customer support have made my experience as an Evolve board owner even better. New battery

Dear Evolve Europe Team, I would like to thank you for the professional, transparent, and speedy handling of my repair. I would particularly like to highlight: Honest diagnosis: The clear and safety-oriented advice regarding the deep-discharged battery instead of quick-fix solutions. Fast communication: The smooth clarification regarding the quote and order numbers as well as the quick feedback on package and repair status. Reliable service: The uncomplicated replacement of the battery and the prompt return shipment of my Bamboo GTR 2. What excellent news that evospirit is taking over evolve. Their new range made me take the leap from switcherhp v2 to diablo bamboo. The difference is incredible quality performance silence carving comfort the diablo goes absolutely everywhere The corsa mode is ultra violent. Huge autonomy I weigh 90kg and with a really strong ride and lots of hills I do more than 40km. A great after-sales service and team, even though they were overwhelmed they delivered, bravo. Only small regret no cruise control and still no ip rating but maybe that will come one day. Bravo it's great to have parts and after-sales service available quickly. Incredible machine. Thank you

I asked for advice for a tire order. The team called me back very quickly to brief me. Very good advice according to my practice. Once the order was placed, the package arrived quickly and in very good condition. A small downside, I validated a 24/24 click&collect delivery so as not to be constrained by a possible withdrawal at the post office in case the package does not fit in my mailbox but in the end it was the post office that delivered and luckily it fit in the box. It's curious because after checking, my delivery address was indeed a click&collect. Thank you. Pascal.

I've known the brand for a long time, I love their skates. I've always been very well welcomed and advised. My GTR was calling for a little sister, the Fusion, and it was an opportunity for me to discover the new team, who are top-notch. It's a pleasure to know that you can count on them for the slightest problem, even though I haven't had any since my new purchase! I highly recommend them, with my eyes closed! ✨

Incredible board. Stable, responsive, silent. A real train even at sustained speed (35/40). The bamboo is flexible and pleasant without being tricky. No regrets. The remote seems robust but is less practical to use than the usual thumb wheels, but you get used to it quickly. It's missing a plastic-type case to protect it from scratches and shocks.

Fast delivery and compliant product. Following a problem with the shipping address, a solution was immediately put in place and the problem solved. A big thank you to the whole team who knew how to react and kept me smiling. I was able to enjoy my board on vacation. A BIG THANK YOU!

Dedicated shop

I should give 4 stars for the site which needs an update on the navigation experience but the catalog is quite complete. The customer service on the phone is really top! Basically, they deserve their 5 stars and we know how important that is for any merchant...

I have a GTR carbon all-terrain and a MAXFIND belt and in comparison the riding time in mode 3 is 2 hours with the belt and 1h30 for the GTR on the same tracks, so I'm quite disappointed given the price of the GTR, plus I can change the battery on the BELT in less than 20 seconds.

Already equipped with the Diablo bambou, I was looking for a different ride with the Stoke X, and I found it! Despite its smaller wheels, it goes almost everywhere and it's easier to jump curbs with it! It's a superb skate (just like the Diablo).

I ordered the Diablo bambou on a Friday. On Monday it was at my place. A bamboo deck that is stiffer than the Hadean bambou one. But a real carving sensation is there. And still that famous, unique and almost mythical remote.

Great availability of spare parts even for "old" models. On the other hand, the shipping costs are simply outrageous. More than 7€ to have a tiny parcel delivered to a relay point is really a rip-off in that respect.

Very friendly welcome. Very good service. Very satisfied with my order. For your information, I had taken Chronopost delivery, the carrier had not respected the deadline, so ride evolve refunded me the delivery costs 👍👍👍

I ordered the Evolve backpack which arrived super fast and the quality of the backpack as well as its functionality are really good. The attention to detail and the price make it a very good investment.

Very fast at boxing and sending but heavily penalized by its carrier who always has problems with its Hub which takes three days to move the package forward in the logistics chain!!

The order was unfortunately poorly packaged and arrived damaged. But I received a quick response to my email and the problem was solved professionally. (Better packaging and free return)
