Everything arrived on time, but I would have wished for better packaging for the shipment. I had ordered two new motors worth about 280€. These were just wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap. In addition, the cardboard box was very thin and arrived at my home badly damaged. Fortunately, I found no damage to the motors nonetheless.
Been a customer for a while, back when the shop was in the 77, we always got a little something from the sellers, a t-shirt, a bucket hat... now nothing. It's a shame for rewarding customer loyalty.

Being able to have the French language would help to better understand the technical commands, especially the hardware which is poorly explained..!!! And I can't manage to order certain screws or bolts like for the trucks.!!! Thank you

Too bad I ordered pivot cups but they weren't in the package. Apparently a stock error. Otherwise for the rest, nothing to say, it's what I ordered.

The shipping is outrageously expensive, but I needed the motor because, as we know, they often break down on your GTR boards.
The "Europe" team is to be avoided. Completely incompetent... Fortunately, the France team is there to save the day. Thanks to you.

The only shipping method is express and it does not arrive within the given timeframe. Another option would be better.
