Start charging and wait for the charger to turn green. If charging does not work or if the skateboard does not light up after charging, contact customer service.
If you experience symptoms such as difficulty changing gear modes, inability to switch off the remote before the board goes out, or if you can brake but cannot accelerate, this is usually caused by the trigger magnets moving from their original positions inside the remote control housing. In most cases, the Phaze remote will detect this automatically and ask you to calibrate the trigger.

- Once the LCD screen displays "Pairing the remote", follow the on-screen instructions.
- Press and hold the MODE 1 button on the remote control for one second or until the Bluetooth symbol starts flashing. Once paired, the LCD screen will display cruise control and will be in SECURE mode. This means you're ready to go!
- Switch on the board and the remote control.
- Double-click on the remote control's power button.
- Click on "My board", then on the "Battery data" category.
- Check that the cells are not unbalanced by more than 0.3V. If they are unbalanced, the battery will need to be replaced.
Check the belt tension and the condition of the sprockets; if they are worn, replace them.
If not, contact us, ideally with a video to help diagnose the problem.
As soon as the tyres become smooth on the top, it's time to replace them.
