The Organizer operates several brands in the field of board sports and electric mobility. These rules govern a recurring permanent contest, offered across several brands via multiple registration channels. The up-to-date operational scope (eligible brands, relevant sites, active registration channels) is detailed in the Appendix, which forms an integral part of these rules.

Article 2 - Nature and Duration of the Contest

The contest is a recurring permanent contest, organized in the form of successive quarterly editions. Each edition corresponds to a civil quarter and concludes with an independent draw.

Edition and Draw Schedule

  • Each draw takes place on the 5th of the month following the end of the civil quarter concerned. Failing that (public holiday, technical unavailability), on the next business day.
  • Registrations and eligible purchases under Article 8 (conversion to refund) are taken into account from the day after the previous draw until the last day of the civil quarter concerned, at 11:59 PM (Paris time).

First Edition

  • Start of the period: day of the online launch of the first registration channel (no earlier than June 1, 2026, no later than June 30, 2026, depending on technical commissioning).
  • End of the period: September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
  • Draw: October 5, 2026. Winner announcement no later than 7 days after the draw.

Subsequent Editions

  • October to December edition: period from October 6 to December 31, draw on January 5 of the following year.
  • January to March edition: period from January 6 to March 31, draw on April 5.
  • April to June edition: period from April 6 to June 30, draw on July 5.
  • July to September edition: period from July 6 to September 30, draw on October 5.

The contest continues according to this quarterly cycle as long as it is kept active by the Organizer. Its eventual termination is governed by Article 11.

Article 3 - Conditions of Participation

The contest is for the any adult natural person residing in a zone served by delivery from at least one of the eligible sites listed in the Appendix, and possessing a valid email address.

By participating, the participant declares on their honor to be an adult. Any false declaration will result in the immediate invalidation of participation, without notice or compensation, and the invalidation of the draw if the false declaration is discovered after the winner has been designated.

The following are expressly excluded from participation:

  • legal entities;
  • minors;
  • personnel of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family;
  • service providers and suppliers who directly participated in the technical organization of the contest.

Participation in the contest implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these rules and the general terms and conditions of the site on which registration is made.

Article 4 - Participation Methods and Quarterly Pool

Participation is exclusively via one of the registration channels listed in the Appendix on the date of registration. The participant must:

  1. provide their first name, last name, and a valid email address;
  2. optionally answer profile questions intended to personalize subsequent communications (these answers do not in any way condition participation in the draw);
  3. validate the submission of the form or participation in the relevant registration channel.

Quarterly Pool and Reset

A registration is valid only for the draw of the current quarter on the date of registration. At the end of each draw, the participant pool is entirely reset to zero: no registration is carried over from one quarter to another. To participate in the draw for the following quarter, it is necessary to register again via one of the then-active channels.

Participation is free and no purchase is necessary. All eligible participants in the same quarter, whether or not they have placed an order on one of the eligible sites, have the same chances in the draw.

Only one registration per email address is retained for the same quarter, across all channels. In case of fraudulent multiple registrations (creation of duplicates via multiple addresses, automation, etc.), the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate all such registrations without prior notice.

Any participation made via an automated device (bot, script, robot), via an artificially generated email address, or clearly circumventing technical security measures, will be invalidated without prior notice or compensation.

Article 5 - Prize

The prize offered for each quarterly draw is:

  • An electric skateboard of the winner's choice, with a maximum value of €1,000 incl. VAT, from the models marketed by the Organizer on one of the eligible sites listed in the Appendix. If the winner chooses a model with a value greater than €1,000 incl. VAT, the difference remains at their expense. The electric skateboard marketed by the Organizer, with a minimum total amount of €1,000 incl. VAT before applying the voucher.

The voucher is:

  • named and non-transferable;
  • valid for 3 months from its issuance, and cannot be used beyond the 5th month following the draw in any case;
  • not exchangeable for cash;
  • not combinable with other promotional offers, discount codes, or purchase vouchers. If the winner has already used another promotional code on an eligible order as per Article 8 during the quarter, Article 8 applies automatically: the prize is converted into a refund of the order up to €1,000 incl. VAT, without combining the voucher;
  • usable in a single transaction, any remaining balance being forfeited.

The indicated value corresponds to the public price including VAT on the date of these rules. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other prize at the winner's request. In case of major technical impossibility to deliver the prize under the foreseen conditions, the Organizer undertakes to provide a prize of equivalent value.

Article 6 - Draw and Winner Designation

For each quarterly draw, a single winner is designated by random draw, from all valid entries received during the relevant quarter, across all registration channels and eligible brands.

The draw is carried out using a reproducible and auditable computer process: a cryptographic seed is generated from a secure entropy source and the exhaustive list of valid entries for the quarter, then used by a cryptographic hash function (SHA-256 algorithm) to deterministically select the winner. This method guarantees:

  • equal chances among participants in the same quarter;
  • the possibility to verify at any time, for five (5) years from the draw, that the draw was indeed conducted on the list of eligible participants and not on a falsified list;
  • the non-modifiability of the result after completion.

The draw log (anonymized list of valid entries, cryptographic seed, designated winner) is kept by the Organizer for each draw and can be communicated upon motivated request to info@rideevolve.eu, within thirty (30) days. It can be presented to a bailiff at the request of any participant who makes such a request at their own expense.

No structural exclusion is applied to winners of previous editions: a participant who won in one quarter is free to register again in a subsequent quarter. In accordance with Article 4, however, their eventual new registration is independent of the previous one, and the pool is entirely reset to zero.

The eligible order as per Article 8 is the one for which the Organizer retains a record in its order management system on the date of the draw, on one of the eligible sites, and which has the status "paid and not cancelled" on that same date.

Article 7 - Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner is informed by email, to the address provided during their registration for the concerned quarter, no later than seven (7) days after the draw date. A reminder may be sent in case of no response within fifteen (15) days following the first email.

In the absence of a response from the winner within thirty (30) days from the sending of the first email, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with a new draw from the same list of valid entries for the concerned quarter, without the first winner being able to claim any compensation.

The purchase voucher is issued as a unique code, sent by email after confirmation of the winner's identity. The 3-month validity period begins on the date this issuance email is sent.

Article 8 - Special Provision: Conversion to Refund in Case of Early Purchase

This provision does not alter the free and no-purchase-necessary nature of the contest (Article 4). It aims solely to avoid penalizing participants who chose to order their electric skateboard before the quarterly draw without waiting for the result.

If the winner has placed, on any of the eligible sites listed in the Appendix (the purchase site may be different from the contest registration channel), at least one order including an electric skateboard marketed by the Organizer for a total amount equal to or greater than €1,000 incl. VAT, paid and not cancelled on the date of the draw, with a validation date between the beginning and the end of the concerned quarter (Article 2), then:

  • the prize provided for in Article 5 (electric skateboard with a value up to €1,000) is, at the winner's choice, either delivered as is, or converted into a refund of the eligible order up to €1,000 incl. VAT, made to the initial payment method used for the eligible order;
  • in case of technical impossibility of refunding to the initial method (installment payment such as 3x or 4x, expired card, etc.), the refund is processed via the initial payment provider or by bank transfer to the coordinates provided by the winner;
  • this refund is paid within fifteen (15) business days from the confirmation of the winner's identity;
  • only one eligible order is retained per winner per quarter. If several orders meet the criteria, the refund remains capped at €1,000 incl. VAT;
  • in case of a subsequent return or total cancellation of the eligible order, the refund received must be returned to the Organizer or offset against the order refund.
