Article 1, Organiser
This prize draw / contest, free and with no purchase necessary, is organised by:
SARL Innovation Distribution Service (SARL IDS)
Private limited company with a share capital of 50 000 €
registered with the Saint-Nazaire Trade and Companies Register
Registered office: 2C Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet (Loire-Atlantique), France

Represented by Mr Grégory NICHOLLS, in his capacity as manager
Hereinafter designated "the Organiser".
The Organiser operates several brands in the field of board sports and electric mobility. These rules govern a permanent recurring prize draw offered across several brands via multiple registration channels. The current operational scope (eligible brands, relevant sites, active registration channels) appears in the Annex, which forms an integral part of these rules.
Article 2, Nature and duration of the prize draw
The prize draw is a permanent recurring contest, organised as consecutive quarterly editions. Each edition corresponds to a civil quarter and ends with an independent random draw.
Schedule of editions and draws
- Each draw takes place on the 5th of the month following the end of the relevant civil quarter. Failing that (public holiday, technical unavailability), on the next working day.
- Registrations and purchases eligible under article 8 (conversion to refund) are taken into account from the day after the previous draw until the last day of the relevant civil quarter at 23:59 (Paris time).
First edition
- Start of the period: the day the first registration channel is put online (at the earliest 1st June 2026, at the latest 30 June 2026 depending on technical deployment).
- End of the period: 30 September 2026 at 23:59.
- Draw: 5 October 2026. Winner announced no later than 7 days after the draw.
Subsequent editions
- October to December edition: period from 6 October to 31 December, draw on 5 January of the following year.
- January to March edition: period from 6 January to 31 March, draw on 5 April.
- April to June edition: period from 6 April to 30 June, draw on 5 July.
- July to September edition: period from 6 July to 30 September, draw on 5 October.
The prize draw continues on this quarterly cycle as long as it is kept active by the Organiser. Any eventual cessation is governed by article 11.
Article 3, Conditions of participation
The prize draw is open to any natural person of legal age residing in an area served by at least one of the eligible sites listed in the Annex, and holding a valid e-mail address.
By entering, the entrant declares on oath to be of legal age. Any false declaration results in immediate invalidation of the entry, without notice or compensation, and the redraw of the prize if the false declaration is discovered after the winner has been designated.
The following are expressly excluded from participation:
- legal persons;
- minors;
- employees of the Organiser and its affiliated companies, as well as their close family members;
- service providers and suppliers who directly participated in the technical organisation of the prize draw.
Participation in the prize draw implies full, unconditional acceptance of these rules and of the general terms and conditions of the site where registration is made.
Article 4, How to enter and the quarterly pool
Entry is made exclusively via one of the registration channels listed in the Annex at the date of registration. The entrant must:
- provide their first name, surname and a valid e-mail address;
- optionally answer profile questions intended to personalise subsequent communications (these answers do not in any way condition entry into the draw);
- confirm submission of the form or participation via the relevant registration channel.
Quarterly pool and reset
One registration counts only for the draw of the current quarter on the date of registration. At the end of each draw, the pool of entrants is fully reset: no registration is carried over from one quarter to the next. To participate in the next quarter's draw, a new registration must be made via one of the channels then active.
Participation is free and with no purchase necessary. All eligible entrants in the same quarter, whether or not they have placed an order on one of the eligible sites, have the same chances in the draw.
Only one registration per e-mail address is accepted for the same quarter, across all channels. In the event of fraudulent multiple registrations (creation of duplicates with several addresses, automation, etc.), the Organiser reserves the right to invalidate all affected registrations without notice.
Any entry submitted via an automated device (bot, script, robot), via an artificially generated e-mail address, or clearly circumventing technical security measures, will be invalidated without notice or compensation.
Article 5, Prize
The prize offered for each quarterly draw is:
- An electric skateboard of the winner's choice, with a maximum value of 1 000 € TTC, among the models marketed by the Organiser on one of the eligible sites listed in the Annex. If the winner chooses a model costing more than 1 000 € TTC, the difference is payable by them. The electric skateboard marketed by the Organiser, with a minimum total amount of 1 000 € TTC before application of the voucher.
The voucher is:
- personal and non-transferable;
- valid for 3 months from its issuance, and in any case cannot be used beyond the 5th month following the draw;
- not exchangeable for cash;
- not combinable with other promotional offers, discount codes or vouchers. If the winner has already used another promotional code on an order eligible under article 8 during the quarter, article 8 applies automatically: the prize is converted into a refund of the order up to 1 000 € TTC, without combining the voucher;
- usable in a single transaction, any remaining balance being forfeited.
The stated value corresponds to the retail price including tax at the date of these rules. The prize cannot, at the winner's request, be exchanged for any other prize. In the event of a major technical impossibility to deliver the prize as provided, the Organiser undertakes to provide a prize of equivalent value.
Article 6, Random draw and designation of the winner
For each quarterly draw, a single winner is designated by random draw from all valid entries received during the relevant quarter, across all registration channels and eligible brands.
The draw is performed using a reproducible and auditable computer process: a cryptographic seed is generated from a secure entropy source and the exhaustive list of valid entries for the quarter, then used by a cryptographic hash function (SHA-256 algorithm) to select the winner deterministically. This method guarantees:
- equal chances among participants in the same quarter;
- the possibility to verify at any time, for five (5) years from the draw, that the draw was indeed conducted on the list of eligible entrants and not on a falsified list;
- the immutability of the result after execution.
The draw log (anonymised list of valid entries, cryptographic seed, designated winner) is kept by the Organiser for each draw and can be provided on simple motivated request to info@rideevolve.eu, within thirty (30) days. It may be presented to a bailiff at the request of any entrant who makes such a request at their own expense.
No structural exclusion is applied to previous winners: an entrant who has won in one quarter is free to register again in a later quarter. In accordance with article 4, any new registration is however independent of the previous one and the pool is fully reset.
An order eligible under article 8 is the one for which the Organiser retains a record in its order management system at the date of the draw, on one of the eligible sites, and which shows the status "paid and not cancelled" on that same date.
Article 7, Notifying the winner and awarding the prize
The winner is notified by e-mail at the address provided when entering for the relevant quarter, no later than seven (7) days after the draw date. A reminder may be sent if there is no response within fifteen (15) days of the first e-mail.
If the winner does not respond within thirty (30) days from the sending of the first e-mail, the Organiser reserves the right to hold a new draw on the same list of valid entries for the quarter concerned, without the first winner being entitled to any compensation.
The voucher is issued in the form of a unique code, sent by e-mail after confirmation of the winner's identity. The 3-month validity period starts on the date of sending that voucher e-mail.
Article 8, Special provision: conversion to refund in case of prior purchase
This provision does not alter the free and no purchase necessary nature of the prize draw (article 4). It is intended solely to avoid penalising entrants who chose to order their electric skateboard before the quarter's draw without waiting for the result.
If the winner has placed, on any of the eligible sites listed in the Annex (the purchase site may be different from the registration channel), at least one order including an electric skateboard marketed by the Organiser with a total amount equal to or greater than 1 000 € TTC, paid and not cancelled on the date of the draw, and whose validation date falls between the start and end of the relevant quarter (article 2), then:
- the prize provided in article 5 (electric skateboard valued up to 1 000 €) is, at the winner's choice, either delivered as such, or converted into a refund of the eligible order up to 1 000 € TTC, made to the original payment method used for the eligible order;
- in the event of a technical impossibility to refund to the original method (installment payment such as 3x or 4x, expired card, etc.), the refund will be processed via the initial payment provider or by bank transfer to the account details provided by the winner;
- this refund is paid within fifteen (15) working days from confirmation of the winner's identity;
- only one eligible order is retained per winner per quarter. If several orders meet the criteria, the refund is capped at 1 000 € TTC;
- in the event of a subsequent return or total cancellation of the eligible order, the refund received must be returned to the Organiser or offset against the refund of the order.
Article 9, Personal data

Article 10, Winner's rights over their image and testimony
The Organiser may, after the winner's express written agreement, use their name, first name and testimony for communications relating to the prize draw, on the sites and communication media of the eligible brands. No image or testimony will be published without that prior agreement.
The winner retains the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the award of the prize, by simple e-mail to info@rideevolve.eu.
Article 11, Amendments, suspension and termination of the prize draw
Amendments
The Organiser reserves the right at any time to amend these rules (adjustment of registration channels, modification of the Annex, evolution of eligible brands, etc.). Any amendment results in a new dated version of the rules, published at the present stable URL. Major changes are recorded in the change log (article 16). Registrations prior to an amendment remain governed by the version in force on the date of their recording, unless a provision more favourable to the entrant applies.
Suspension

The Organiser may decide to terminate the prize draw definitively. In that case:
- the termination is announced on the registration channels at least one (1) month before the end of the current quarter;
- the current quarter runs normally and its draw is carried out under the conditions provided in article 6;
- no edition is opened after that final draw;
- any remaining obligations towards the last winner (issuance and validity of the voucher, possible refund under article 8) are honoured in accordance with these rules.
Article 12, Limitation of liability
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions (network failure, site outage, lost e-mail, etc.) likely to affect participation in the prize draw or the delivery of the prize. Each entrant is responsible for taking all necessary precautions to ensure their entry is properly recorded and communications are received.
Participation in the prize draw implies acceptance of the hazards inherent to the internet, including those relating to data transfer.
Article 13, Dispute resolution and mediation
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these rules will be subject, prior to any legal action, to an attempt at amicable resolution by e-mail sent to info@rideevolve.eu.
If amicable resolution fails and in accordance with articles L611-1 et suivants du Code de la consommation, the consumer entrant may use the free consumer mediation service to which the Organiser has subscribed:
