EDPM-compliant (Motorized Personal Mobility Devices) allows riding on roads legally.

Maximum speed limited to 25 km/h to comply with the EDPM decree, all other technical specifications (range, power, braking system) remain unchanged and offer a smooth and enjoyable ride.

EDPM-compliant characteristics

Minimum age

Use of this skateboard is permitted from age 14, in accordance with EDPM rules.

Mandatory equipment

To be EDPM-compliant, here are the differences with the Fusion Version Sport electric skateboard:

Lighting: Front and rear lights installed, in addition to the lights already present on the Fusion.

Audible warning: Finger bell provided, to be worn.

Maximum speed: Limited to 25 km/h, in accordance with legislation.

Reflectors: Retro-reflective devices installed on the sides of the skateboard.

Reflective clothing or equipment, for night visibility, for the rider.

Helmet wearing strongly recommended.

Traffic rules

Prohibitions:

Riding on sidewalks (unless local authorization)

Carrying passengers (strictly for individual use)

Use of headphones or audio devices while riding

Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Obligations :

Bike lanes: Use bike lanes or cycle tracks

Roads with a maximum speed of 50 km/h or less: Riding is allowed on roads with a maximum speed limit not exceeding 50 km/h

Out of town: Use only on greenways and cycle paths

Respect the road rules: Obey signals, priorities and all applicable rules

Insurance

Liability Insurance:Mandatory for EDPM users, covering damages to third parties.
