The Fusion reaches 50 km/h in street configuration and 45 km/h in all-terrain. This speed is delivered by its dual 6368 brushless motor system, totaling 3000 W per motor and 6000 W overall, controlled by the EFOC 2.0 controller (50 V, 200 A) for progressive acceleration. Actual speed depends on wheel configuration, terrain, rider weight, and the mode selected on the Phaze remote control. For legal use on public roads, a road-legal version limited to 25 km/h is available.

The Fusion offers up to 60 km of range with street wheels and approximately 40 km in all-terrain configuration. This range is based on its 648 Wh Samsung 50S battery (15 Ah, 50.4 V, 12S3P). Actual distance varies depending on rider weight, elevation, temperature, tire pressure, and riding mode: smooth riding on flat terrain approaches the maximum, while all-terrain or sport use reduces it. The more efficient street wheels explain the difference compared to the 175 mm all-terrain tires.

The Fusion develops a total of 6000 W, with two 6368 brushless motors, each delivering 3000 W. This power allows it to tackle inclines of up to 35% and ensures progressive and consistent acceleration on both road and all-terrain, supporting a maximum load of 120 kg. The motors are controlled by the EFOC 2.0 controller (50 V, 200 A) in a dual motor configuration, with FOC communication and Bluetooth connectivity, finely tuning acceleration and regenerative braking. A compact board with balanced handling, bridging the gap between the Diablo and GTR series.

The Fusion is a 2-in-1 board: it can be set up with either 97 mm urethane street wheels or 175 mm all-terrain tires, interchangeable in minutes. Street wheels prioritize speed and rolling on asphalt, while all-terrain tires absorb shocks and grip on gravel, grass, and trails. The setup rests on SuperCarve 2.0 Gold trucks, designed to replicate the sensation of a wave: fluid carving, high-speed stability, and intuitive control on all terrains.

The Fusion recharges in approximately 3 hours with the standard charger, one of the fastest charge times in the range. This is a full charge of the 648 Wh (15 Ah) Samsung 50S battery, from 0 to 100%. A partial charge is naturally faster. The charger, a USB cable, a tool, extra screws, the Phaze remote control and the user manual are all included in the box. To preserve battery longevity, avoid leaving it fully discharged or fully charged for extended periods.

In Sport version, no: the Fusion reaches 50 km/h and is intended for private land and all-terrain use, off public roads. For legal riding on open roads, Evolve offers a road-legal version, limited to 25 km/h and compliant with French and European EDPM regulations, delivered with front/rear lighting, a horn, and a certificate of conformity. The Fusion's after-sales support is based in Pornichet, France. The skateboard is covered by a 2-year warranty on battery, parts, and labor, with a French-speaking contact and shorter lead times compared to non-European after-sales support. Routine maintenance (tightening, pressure of the tires, battery condition) is sufficient to preserve its performance over time.
