DIABLO CARBON EDPM
Road-legal version, compliant with the EDPM decree (Personal Motorized Mobility Devices). This electric skateboard is designed to deliver an optimal riding experience with performance similar to the non-limited model.
Except for the top speed limited to 25 km/h, all other technical specifications (range, power, braking system) remain unchanged and provide a smooth, enjoyable ride.
To comply with the EDPM decree, here are the differences from the Diablo sport electric skateboard:
Lights
Front and rear lights installed, in addition to the lights already present on the Diablo.
Audible warning
Finger-mounted bell supplied, to be worn at all times.
Limited speed
Limited to 25 km/h in accordance with current legislation.
Reflectors
Retro-reflective devices fitted to the sides of the skateboard.
Minimum age: 14 years
Use allowed only from age 14, in accordance with EDPM rules.
Night visibility
Reflective clothing or gear required at night. Wearing a helmet strongly recommended.
Allowed
- Cycle lanes and bike lanes as priority
- Roads limited to 50 km/h maximum in urban areas
- Greenways and cycle paths outside urban areas
- Compliance with the highway code: traffic lights, priorities and applicable rules
Forbidden
- Riding on sidewalks (except local authorization)
- Carrying passengers (strictly individual use)
- Use of headphones or audio devices while riding
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Civil liability insurance: mandatory for EDPM users, covering damage caused to third parties.
