Official Evolve motor controller for Evolve GTR Series 1 Bamboo and Stoke Series 1
The motor controller is the electronic brain of your Evolve electric skateboard. It interprets commands from the remote control (acceleration, braking, and direction of travel) and modulates the power sent to the motors accordingly. This version is designed specifically for the Evolve GTR Series 1 Bamboo and Stoke Series 1; its electronics and connectors are unique to this model and cannot be replaced by those from another series.

Is this controller compatible with my board?
It is designed exclusively for the Evolve GTR Series 1 Bamboo and Stoke Series 1. If you own a GTR Series 1 Carbon or another Evolve model, please select the corresponding part from our Electronic Parts section. If you are unsure about your model, contact us before ordering.
What does the motor controller do?
It's the power electronics that link the remote control, the battery, and the motors. It translates your commands into power variations and also manages regenerative braking. A board that no longer starts, cuts out while riding, or doesn't brake correctly often has a faulty controller.
How do I install it?
Evolve provides an official video tutorial for this model: watch the installation video. The operation requires disassembling the electronics compartment and reconnecting the connectors in the correct order. If in doubt, our workshop can handle it.
Is the part covered by warranty?
Yes, against manufacturing defects. Damages related to incorrect wiring, water infiltration, or installation on an incompatible model are not covered.
