FUSION | ROAD-LEGAL VERSION
Road legal version, compliant with the EDPM decree (Motorized Personal Mobility Devices). This electric skateboard is designed to offer an optimal riding experience with performance similar to the unrestricted model.
Except for the top speed limited to 25 km/h, all other technical specifications (range, power, braking system) remain unchanged and offer a smooth and enjoyable ride.
To comply with the EDPM decree, here are the differences from the Sport version electric skateboard:
Lighting
Front and rear lights installed, in addition to the lights already present on the Fusion.
Audible Warning Device
Finger bell provided, which is mandatory to wear.
Limited Speed
Limited to 25 km/h in accordance with current legislation.
Reflectors
Retro-reflective devices installed on the sides of the skateboard.
Minimum Age: 14 years
Use authorized only from 14 years old, in accordance with EDPM rules.
Night Visibility
Mandatory retro-reflective clothing or equipment at night. Helmet highly recommended.
Allowed
- Cycle paths and cycle lanes as a priority
- Roads limited to 50 km/h maximum in urban areas
- Greenways and cycle paths outside urban areas
- Respect the highway code: lights, right-of-way, and applicable rules
Forbidden
- Riding on sidewalks (unless locally authorized)
- Carrying passengers (strictly individual use)
- Use of headphones or sound devices while riding
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
Third-Party Liability Insurance: mandatory for EDPM users, covering damages caused to third parties.
