Is this charger compatible with my board?
This 5A charger is designed for Diablo, Renegade, Fusion, Stoke X, and Hadean models. If you own a GTR, Stoke, Onirique, GT, GTX, or One, choose the corresponding 4A version.
How long does a full charge take?
Allow approximately 3 to 4 hours for a 14Ah battery and 1.5 to 2 hours for a 4Ah battery. Let the board cool down for 30 minutes after a session before plugging in the charger.
Can I use a charger from another model?
No. The connector and voltage are specific to these models. Using an incompatible charger can damage the battery or electronics.
Is the charger covered by warranty?
Yes, against manufacturing defects. Damages related to improper use, overvoltage, or use with an incompatible model are not covered.
