One battery for two boards?
Yes, the Diablo Bamboo and Renegade Diablo share the same battery part number at Evolve. However, the Diablo Carbon has its own distinct battery.
Is it the same as the Renegade V1?
No. The Renegade V1 uses a 20 Ah battery from an earlier generation, with a different architecture and connectors. The casing, connectors, and BMS are calibrated for a specific model. Installing a battery from another range can damage the electronics and voids the warranty.
How long does a full charge take?
Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours from 0 to 100% with the official Evolve 5A charger.
How is it shipped?
Like all standalone lithium-ion batteries, it is shipped under Class 9 dangerous goods regulations: delivery is to home addresses only; relay points are not available.
