What is the difference between a new and a reconditioned battery?
A reconditioned battery uses a second-hand casing with internal cells replaced by new Samsung 50S cells. The electronics (BMS) are tested and kept if functional. This gives you performance equivalent to a new battery at a lower cost.
What range can I expect from a reconditioned battery?
With 20Ah Samsung 50S cells, you can expect a range of 40 to 60 km depending on your weight, the terrain, and your riding style. This is comparable to, or even greater than, the range of a new original 16Ah Hadean battery, thanks to the increased capacity.
Do reconditioned batteries come with a warranty?
Yes, batteries reconditioned by Save my Battery come with a warranty. Contact Evolve after-sales support for exact conditions. Reconditioning in France also ensures complete traceability and accessible technical support.
Can you recondition the battery from a different Evolve model?
