FUSION EDPM
Road-authorized version, compliant with the EDPM decree (Personal Light Electric Vehicles). This electric skateboard is designed to deliver an optimal riding experience with performance similar to the unrestricted model.
Except for the maximum speed limited to 25 km/h, all other technical specifications (range, power, braking system) remain unchanged and provide a smooth, enjoyable ride.
To comply with the EDPM decree, here are the differences compared to the Fusion sport electric skateboard:
Lights
Front and rear lights installed, in addition to the lights already fitted on the Fusion.
Sound warning
Finger bell supplied, must be worn.
Speed limited
Limited to 25 km/h in accordance with current legislation.
Reflectors
Retro-reflective devices installed on the sides of the skateboard.
Minimum age: 14 years
Use authorized only from the age of 14, in accordance with EDPM rules.
Night visibility
Reflective clothing or gear mandatory at night. Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended.
Allowed
- Use cycle and bike lanes as a priority
- Roads limited to 50 km/h maximum in urban areas
- Greenways and cycle paths outside urban areas
- Respect the rules of the road: traffic lights, right-of-way and applicable rules
Forbidden
- Riding on sidewalks (unless local authorization)
- Carrying passengers (strictly individual use)
- Use of earphones or audio devices while riding
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
Third-party liability insurance: mandatory for EDPM users, covering damage caused to third parties.
